Playing an instrument can be a great way to challenge yourself and to get out there and make new friends.

In a recent survey 70% of those asked said they either wished they had learnt to play

or would like to play a musical instrument in the future !

The ukulele is a great way to start for many folk as it is inexpensive and you can strum tunes in no time.

Don't be fooled though - the humble ukulele can do a lot more than simple strumming.

If the ukulele is not for you I can also get you started with guitar, piano, mandolin, banjo or bass.

I can teach you how to read chord grids, tablature and musical notation when you need -

just enough music 'theory' so you can fully understand your instrument.

I am based near Silves in the Central Algarve.

Over the last 12 years I have taught 300+ students of all ages to play the ukulele or another instrument.

All lessons are charged at 25 euros per hour / 20 euros for 45 mins or 15 euros for 30 mins for younger learner to 10 yrs 

All learning materials are included with a debrief email after each lesson

containing details of the completed lesson and what to practice !
